Terms and conditions for Playspace Pass

Offer is non-transferable. Limit one offer per Card Member, and one offer per purchase. Any balance owed on a purchase must be made on your American Express Card. No minimum purchase required. Offer is valid for three complimentary classes and three complimentary playspace passes at any Kidville location in the U.S. All redeemed classes and playspace passes must be made at the same Kidville location. Subject to availability. Classes must be scheduled in advance. Drop-in visits cannot be accommodated. Offer not valid for Kidville University or Camp Kidville. Appointments may be made by calling, emailing, or in-person at your local Kidville location. Making an appointment requires sharing personal information, including but not limited to Card Member name and contact information, with Kidville. Offer code must be presented at time of appointment scheduling. Offer has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Offer cannot be used toward a prior purchase. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Offer expires on July 15, 2019.
