Terms and conditions for Sibling Class Membership - Unlimited


Club Membership is for a minimum of four consecutive months and continuous until written notice is given 30 days prior to your next payment. Upon purchasing a membership it is understood and agreed that Kidville will collect future payments by debiting the credit card provided. It is further agreed that Kidville has permission to make future monthly debits until notified in writing otherwise. The member agrees to keep their account up-to-date with a valid credit card. If additional costs are incurred by Kidville to collect payments referenced, those costs plus a $45 service charge will be applied. Your payment reserves a membership for your child(ren) regardless of attendance. Classes and playspace have no cash value and your account cannot be placed on hold. In order to cancel Memberships, you must give 30 days notice. All Sales Are Final.

Unlimited Class Policy:

The Kidville Montclair family is growing! In order to ensure we are prepared with the appropriate staffing and supplies for classes, we need to know in advance, which children will be attending classes.

Unlimited members have the ability to take any regular classes (excluding KVU, KVU Prep, Premium Workshops and Camp sessions) available, however, classes must be scheduled in advance. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins.

Unlimited members may select three primary classes that they will come to weekly. Notify the Front Desk staff of those three classes, and you will remain on those rosters until you choose to swap, or no longer attend (see below). These classes will not require advance notice for you to attend them.

For additional classes that you wish to take, we ask that you contact us 24 hours in advance to schedule your classes. In order to prepare for classes, and keep class sizes at appropriate levels, we cannot accept walk-ins.

If an unlimited member does not attend their regularly scheduled class for 3 consecutive weeks with no advance notification, they will be removed from that class roster automatically, and must call us 24 hours in advance to schedule that class again.
