Terms and conditions for Single Class Membership


Club Membership is for a minimum of one month and is continuous until written notice is given by email, at least 24 hours prior to your next payment. Upon purchasing a membership it is understood and agreed that Kidville will collect future payments by debiting the credit card provided. It is further agreed that Kidville has permission to make future monthly debits until notified in writing otherwise. The member agrees to keep their account up-to-date with a valid credit card. If additional costs are incurred by Kidville to collect payments referenced, those costs plus a $45 service charge will be applied. Your payment reserves a membership for your child(ren) regardless of attendance. Classes and playspace have no cash value and your account cannot be placed on hold. In order to cancel Memberships, you must give written notice, via email, to mayor.montclair@mykidville.com. This email must be sent prior to your next billing date. All Sales Are Final.

Absence and Makeup Policy:

Please notify us if your child will be absent. In this case, you will be given an “excused absence” and will receive a makeup class. If we are not notified in advance that you are not attending the class, a makeup will not be allotted for that class.

Makeups must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. In order to prepare for classes, and keep class sizes at appropriate levels, we cannot accept walk-ins.

If a makeup is scheduled, but not attended, the makeup will still count as being used.

Makeup classes can only be used during an active membership and in the current semester. If an account is cancelled, makeups cannot be used beyond the last date of the active membership.
